Welcome and thanks for using Fleming Butchers.  When you use the services provided on our website you’re agreeing to our terms, so please take a few minutes to read over the terms of use (“Terms of Use”) below.

We amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Please check these Terms of Use to ensure you understand the applicable terms. These terms and conditions were last updated on 24 March 2021.

We take payment via Stripe, which accepts major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta & Maestro cards.


We offer delivery across the UK, excluding Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, with click and collect options for customers in our local area.

Our delivery zones are restricted to our delivery routes and we reserve the right to change our delivery options at any time. While we endeavour to offer our local delivery service to all our customers within Angus, unfortunately not all areas can be covered by our team and in these circumstances we will use a courier service.

You will receive email confirmation of your order shortly after your payment is processed online. If you do not receive this email, please contact us on the above email to ensure that it has been processed correctly. 

Timings will depend on the number of orders and customers location. We can not give a specific time, however should no-one be at home please let us know an alternative safe location to leave the delivery in the notes section of your order. 

Changes to Orders

Once your order has been placed, it will be sent to our packing and delivery team to fulfil. If you need to make changes to your order, you will need to contact us directly where we can make the alternations and arrange payment(s) as required.


Some of our stock is seasonal and so while some varieties are available all year round, others may only be available at certain times in the year. This will be updated on our website so that customers are clear on what they are ordering.

Complaints & Refund policy 

We are proud of the high quality produce that we provide to our customers, however please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are unhappy with your delivery.

If you would like to discuss a complaint please contact info@flemingbutchers.co.uk – we will endeavour to get back in touch as soon as possible. If it is deemed appropriate to make a refund, we will refund the payment directly using the method of payment used originally.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
