In September 2022, the Thompson family took over ownership at Flemings Butchers. We are a local family who also own Longparke Farm Shop & Cafe at Monifieth.
We're proud to continue the legacy of Fleming Butchers, dedicated to maintaining the high standards set by the family and are committed to continue sourcing our products as locally as possible.
All of our pork comes from Upper Carbarns Farm, North Lanarkshire which is part of the Red Tractor scheme. Their pigs are RSPCA Assured and recognised as 'Quality Meat Scotland’s' ‘Specially Selected Pork’. Everything we stock is local and traceable to Angus, Perth, Fife, Aberdeenshire and North Lanarkshire farms.
